Core Kids For Summer Camp!

Wow where did the school year go? Time truly flies when you are having fun.
Just wanted to make note to everyone that Core Kids Fitness is booking for Summer Day care programs. Even though most people work all summer long we all still want to be able to offer more fun programing to our children. This is a fun program and affordable for all Daycare Centers.
Only $80 / hour will get you 2 - 30 minute Core KID Sessions. Each Class can accommodate up to 24 children.
Give the parents at your facility the peace of mind that your child's summer days will be filled with fun activities.
Be well,
Shanon

Just another day at the gym...

Only if all my clients had such big smiles while planking...
Just a thought but with the new year fast approaching lets all just try a little every day
to be more active with our children. Monkey See - Monkey Do
May everyone have a very happy, healthy - Holiday Season and a Happy New Year!

I love my job!

Hi everyone,

I just had to write as I had an offered my Core Kids Trial session at a local Montessori this week.
I usually see approximately 20 kids when I teach but to my surprise I had 32 fantastic little smiles watching, listening, singing and moving with me for almost 40 minutes.
To many considering the age range was from as young as 2 to 4 year olds you might think it would be difficult. But it was so much fun!
In the end it just reminds me that I can not give up on my business plan to bring fitness and fun to as many schools and day cares as I can.

Watching my own son learn new skills like "tree pose" or holding his "sticky bug handstand" against the wall by himself and how proud he is afterward is as rewarding as watching him learn to write his name.
I suppose my point is there is success to be had in all aspects of our children's  lives educational and PHYSICAL.

When I say "I love my job" the most important one I have is being able to give my son the opportunity to learn and experience as many things as I can. As parents we all have special gifts our children! No re gifting here LOL...

Enjoy the ride of parenthood!
